Thanks to our unique high-quality 15 amp system, occurrences like these are highly rare. However, if it does happen, our crew will promptly remove the light bulb and solder in a new one to ensure maximum reliability. This is when you’ll be glad to know that we provide a 10-year warranty.
The LED lights that we use are rated for 50,000 Lumen hours. For example, if you are going to use permanent Christmas lights every day for 9 hours (for example from 6:30 pm till 3:30 am), they will last for 15 years.
